I have a need, don’t know if someone has already answered to it…

I need to play a message, like an announcement, in a queue but the idea is that the queue member phones start to ring right from the begining of the message.

Imagine a message of 30 seconds - if a queue member is available to pick the call right after 3 seconds he can do it, even before the caller ears all the message.

As far as i can get, the caller needs to ear all the message for the queue start being called…

Why not create a new music on hold context with your long message stuck on the beginning of some music (all one track), then use that as the moh context for that queue.

I already tought about it, but the callers like to ear the calling (ringing) signal, instead of just earing music…
