everything was fine for a few days
now all of a sudden
first one phone then the others stoped responding
the only phone that did respond
was an analog phone.
when you call in and dial an extention
you dont get a dial tone, it takes you straight into voicemail.
looking arounf we found that ring group was had along with valid extentions
a few bogus ones. after removing the bogus ones
thing seem to come back to normal.
just want to be sure that this is the solution to our problem
if there are any other reasons for this to happen
please respond
