Call status duration not logging

So I have an asterisk server in conjunction with QueueMetrics. Right now when agents change their call status (lunch, break, work etc) or even if paused or un-paused its not showing the duration. Actually in the real-time view of QM I get no call status logs at all no history nothing. NOW I can see what agent are logged in or available unavailable. This is a newish system for us. Went from 11 to the newest.

Any help would be appreciated.
