AudioCodes Mp114 FXO - Staitc on the line

Hello,

I recently installed an Asterisk system for a school with a single analogue line (in the UK). The installation all works, except the internal user can hear static on the line when making a call through the gateway, the external user cannot hear any of this, and has really good quality. I had the system installed in my house for testing and the static was not present, I have virgin media phone line and the school has a BT line, so different telcos, Bt has checked the line and says it is ok, if we use a standard analogue phone on it and that is also ok.
I have used many internet resources to get the gateway working and to try to solve this issue. The main one i used was : voip-info.org/wiki/view/Audi … h+Asterisk as the author has static issues and overcome them, I modified all the parameters which he says affected the static on the line with no Joy,

Below is a copy of the ini file, any help would be greatly appreciated.

You’ll probably want to run that down with AudioCodes. I’m not sure how many AudioCodes users we’ve got on the forums.
