Fail to dial outbound pstn calls

Hi all,
I am in a fix as i fail to make the outbound call.
I dont get any error message as well.
I have an Audio Codes FXO And Techroutes 8 ports FXS with Asterisk.
My Audio Codes FXO ports are registered and so are the FXS extensions.
I dial the outside number (pstn number) from the extension FXS 201 but i get the static tone … i feel connected … line seized but it does not ring my pstn phone.

My zapata.conf reads like

My extensions reads like :
exten => _301.,1,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:3}@192.168.1.105)

You can see from the extract …
