Astrisk for voice call from PC

Hey

i need to develop application which will make voice call to mobile and play recorded voice. I think i can make voice call & play recorded voice through asterisk but i am not aware about –

  1. What are the basic hardware required for same ?
  2. How to get start with asterisk ?

Please guide me how should i proceed ahead .

Ther’s also a new scam that call some number plays some message hoping you will call back to a very expensive number then they keep you talking and thay will earn a lot of money :smile:

but yes it’s very little information what he want’s did you try anything?
