anybody knows? I hope you can give me some advise… thank you very much
You need to setup the “backup server” in your phones configuration.
Most phones have the ability to set a second server as a failover.
Otherwise you can do this with a load-balancer.
thank you. i want do this work in my server. can you please show me something about load-balancer? i didn’t hear it before, thank you

Generally speaking, you can save several settings in the back-up server , but when you need to change the server , you must restart the IP phone. it’s troublesome. For us, we have a product AT530 using infenion chipset , it can support two sip server running at same time, when one server is not available you can change to another server very easlily. you can refer to our website forrest@atcom.com.cn for the detailed information. Hope it’s helpful for you!
