Far too little information. However, I would suggest:

  1. make sure the server is running Centos, as that is the system on which most development is done.
  2. download the source code from astrisk.org and compile it yourself.

I’ve no idea where GoDaddy fits in.

asterisk.org/downloads/yum

But i have a problem with the Error: Missing Dependency.

Error: Missing Dependency: kernel-i686 = 2.6.18-238.9.1.el5 is needed by package kmod-dahdi-linux-fwload-vpmadt032-2.4.1.2-1_centos5.2.6.18_238.9.1.el5.i686 (digium-current)

You need the exact matching version of the OS kernel if you are going to install dahdi from package.
