Analog wireless handsets and voip

I have 2 Panasonic analog wireless handsets. Assuming the Grandstream desk voip phones work, is there an easy way to retro-fit the wireless Panasonics into the voip setup ? Maybe apples and oranges

The base units will look like ordinary analogue phones. Interfacing ordinary analogue phones is a very common thing to do. In the early years of Asterisk, it was probably all it supported.

As well as the original solutions, there are, third party, SIP to analogue adapters.
