ACW (After Call Work) setup

Hello All,

I am running Asterisk 1.8.9 + FreePBX 2.9, I am looking for the article or guidance for setting up ACW
(After Call Work).

Could any body please advice?

If is a FreePBX module you should ask in, If you are trying to do something you need to be more specific about the goal. ACW its very vague for me at least.

Thanks, I am asking how to setup ACW on Asterisk.
I want to give the agents some times (lets say 3 minutes) to do his job before he start to accept next inbound call. the new inbound call would not be routed to him for the next 3 minutes, do you have any idea?
