A weird problem, anybody met it before?

what I have is like so:
PSTN(external) <-----> Quadbri Card <------>Asterisk<-------->SIP PHONE(internal)

Sometimes when I call out, the phone did not go to ISDN Channel but unexpected went to internal SIP Channel. When I tried it again, it worked ok.

Anybody knows why?

problem is probably in extensions.conf… post it if its not too long along with whatever CLI spits out when the problem occurs
