I am looking at a call that is showing some odd status information. the call is active and there is no problem I am wondering if someone can explain why the zap channel is show on-hook when the call is active.
Asterisk version is 1.2.10 running on Debian Linux kernel 2.4.27.
My primary question is about the zap show channels which shows no active channel 126 and the zap show channel for 126 which show “onhook”
Thanks
