X-lite works fine but can't hear on other end with 9133i?

I’ve set up an asterisk server and it works fine with x-lite but I just got a 9133i in, set it all up, and on an incoming call (no outgoing yet) the the caller can hear me but I can’t hear the caller. I should also note that both x-lite and the 9133i are on the same network. Does anyone have any idea why x-lite is working but my 9133i isn’t?

nevermind i fixed the problem by setting canreinvite=no
