Cannot hear person via x-lite

Hi
I am using AAH 2.4

I have someone outside of my network using x-lite. They can connect to my server and they can hear me but I can’t hear them, also the echo test doesn’t work for them either.

I have opened various ports on my firewall but no luck and he isn’t running a firewall at all (just for testing).

My end is ok with LAN calls to other x-lite phones.

Any suggestions?

As this is definately a firewall issue and the inability of the RTP stream to punch through.
