Which language is best for AGI scripts?

Hello,

I have searched the forum but can not find the answer. I am looking for a billing module like Astbill (Perl) or A2Billing (PHP) but dont know which one is better? If we should not compare Astbill and A2Billing, can someone tell me if Perl or PHP is better in general? Which one is more stable and reliable ? Can they handle more than 1000 concurrent calls?

I don’t think any box can handle 1000 calls at once. When it comes to coding it is all a matter of preference. In your case I would look in to both of them and see which one users like better and which one was written cleaner. Browse their forums.
