Where can I find default migrations for CEL? And how to enable logging?

Where Can I find the migrations for CEL, I can see the migrations for CDR in /contrib/ast-db-manage in the asterisk installation folder but there no migrations for cel

cel show status is returning
CEL Logging: Disabled
how to enable it?
I am using pgsql.
I have set enable=yes in cel.conf

usegmtime=yes

cel_pgsql.conf
[global]
show_user_defined=yes

usegmtime=yes

dbname=asterisk
