Hi Folks,

We can get phone calls in but we cannot dial out- it goes to a busy signal when we dial any number.

Please help with this…

Enable the full log in logger.conf, then do

core set verbose 5
core set debug 5
sip set debug on (If you are using SIP trunk ).

show your Asterisk CLI

Although note that the fact that you are using SIP is also part of the missing information.

If this happens only with calls to your telephony provider -> you are sending some parameter(s) wrong.
If this happens to all your calls -> you miss-configured the DialPlan.

In any case. We need debugs and details to help you out.
