Voicemailmain default sounds

Hello all,

I want to ask where Asterisk defines which sounds to play, when we enter an extension to enter our voicemail (VoiceMailMain).

I ask because when i call to a number to hear my voicemails, it says to press one to hear my new voicemails and after a while asterisk displays me a warning that cannot find kai.gsm file.In the folder that sounds exist,I put a file with kai.gsm name and then,it works…

The voice files that are used for the voice mail applications are stored in the normal sounds folder. By default this is the directory /var/lib/asterisk/sounds. All of the files for the voice mail applications are prefixed with ‘vm-’.

The actual voice mail message files are stored under /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/.
