I log into a mailbox through VoiceMailMain, choose option ‘0’ and then ‘5’ to reset the password. I enter the password twice and the system confirms that the password has been changed. However, the voicemail.conf file is not updated. As long as Asterisk is not restarted, the new password works. After Asterisk is restarted, it uses the old password in the voicemail.conf.
How can I fix it?
