I know this is not specifically Asterisk related, but this AM my Vitelity service has failed. I can’t get through by phone and even their web site won’t load. Does anyone know if they have they’re having tech issues, or if they’ve just vanished?
A lot of these companies seem to do exactly that. I have seen it quite a few times over the last few years.
The site is back up now? Could they have went offline? LOL a SIP provider who went offline?
I guess its possible on of my POTS telco’s were offline for 3 or 4 minutes less than a year ago here in Phoenix.
You need to verify these guys have multiple redundant pops that are designed for fail over is its mission critical? I can think of a few providers who do exactly that.
