Virtual conference room problem

Hello, I am having trouble joining a virtual room conference. The call is established but when I type the room code followed by the # key the call is dropped. I have reviewed the logs and this appears:

Logs shows system is trying to do a bllind transfer using a featue code, so code you re typing is not recognized as room code

When the operator asked us for the code, we entered it over and over again, but on the third or fourth attempt, the call is hung up. However, if we do this from a mobile phone, it works correctly.

This is most likely a DTMF issue. I believe you are using Asterisk core transfer to transfer call to the conference room. Enable DTMF logging for console and check the difference between successful call and failed call. Try playing with different dtmfmodes to see if it makes any difference.

If the conference is created on the other end, I just can see you are sending the DTMF make sure that they are received by the other party
