Very Simple Broadvoice Setup

I need a little bit of help with what I immagine to be a very simple broadvoice setup.

Currently I have Asterisk set up and running. I used the configuration settup on the Broadvoice website. for the sip.conf and the dialplan. However when I try and dial my number, I get a fax/carrier signal. Is there something else that I need to do?

I got through to broadvoice, and I guess its a problem on their end. What sucks about it even more is that the call forwarding option in the account manager won’t let me forward to a working phone number, if the company was using a broadvoice phone number as the main incoming line, we’d be screwed. Something to think about.
