Using Asterix as bridge

Hi,

We have a asterix server at our office installed and configures. We are looking to make a bridge opion with security to use asterix as a medium to make call from outside using hardphones.

[color=blue]Caller 1 ->Asterisk @ office -> Authenticating with a code -> Dial any outside number and speak to them.[/color]

Could you please let me know, whether this is possible and how to proceed on this?

It’s called Disa. Look in the applications.

If you don’t like disa() you can use the read() app and use the entered input to dial a number. Be careful: Stolen satelite lines will cost you around $ 6,- per minute.

Check “ex girlfriend extensions” for a way to exclusively reserve this feature for certain phone numbers and/or number patterns,
