Transferring from Phone to PC Over the Net

I am currently seeking a soloution for the following telephony problem:

Transferring incoming phone calls (landline/analog) from receiving PC A over the web to a computer B.

I would like to know whether Asterisk does the trick and which feature of Asterisk I would have to use.

Asterisk can do this in a variety of different ways. You will only need to learn the basic things about using Asterisk before this can be possible. The question should be bether specefied to make possible a more precise answer.
