TE110P configuration problem

Folks,

Installed a TE110P on an E-1. By all accounts, the configuration is fine, but I have a RED alarm. It tries to recover (going YELLOW/RED then YELLOW/RED/RECOVERING or sometimes just RED/RECOVERING), but always returns to RED.

Phone company has provided me:
hdb3, no crc, lines 1-15 b channel, line 16 d channel, switchtype EuroISDN.

/etc/zaptel.conf:
span=1,1,0,ccs,hdb3
bchan=1-15
unused=17-31
dchan=16
loadzone=ve
defaultzone=ve

Everyone who’s looked at this thinks it should just work. I’ve tried playing with the span buildout db, but to no avail.

I also have a TDM400 card on channels 32-35 that is working fine.

Any hints appreciated.

TIA,

David-

Hi

What version of zaptel are you running ? There was a change in the chipset of the TE110 that requires a late version of zaptel. also is it stable with a loopback ?
