Hi all!
I’ve defined a fax extension which is currently being routed to an iaxmodem port.
I’ld like to re-route all incoming T.38 fax calls on this extension to a t38modem port.
The reasons:
- iaxmodem isn’t suppost to work over internet SIP links
- no need to convert incoming faxes which support T.38 to a voice codec at the senders side and re-convert it back at my side (save resources)
Is this possible?
I’m still thinking about a flexible call routing in hylafax which uses either t.38 modem or iaxmodem for transmission depending on a E.164 query, but this is another topic…
