Strange queue behavior - call distribution very irratic

I’ve got a basic queue in Asterisk, 5 users. Everyone is logging into the queue just using a default logon (just pressing # to logon to the queue)

Anyway, it seemed to work ok for awhile…but recently Phone1 will ring standard 4 times, (then if no answer) spills to the next phone…which will ring once maybe, then spill back to the original phone. Sometimes, it will ring once, pause, then the call is delevered to the same phone again. Just can’t quite pinpoint what is causing this.

Also, has anyone had any luck getting the agent autologout to work? I’ve toyed with different settings in agent.conf and the settings on the queue itself, but can’t get it to ever work.
