SPA 3000 not passing DTMF to PSTN

I just installed a SPA 3000 on my * box. Everything seems to work fine except once a call is answered, i.e. by any auto attendant at a customer site, I cannot send DTMF digits to select an extension, etc. I have called another outside phone and tested it and it seems as if the DTMF is getting trashed.

I have tried both inband and RFC2833.

Any ideas from anyone would be appreciated.

I’m not sure if my situation was the same as yours but I wound up selecting INFO for DTMF signalling. I read somewhere that this is the preferred method with *. Now I get nice clear DTMF tones.

Yeh, I have to use INFO with my Budgetone 101 otherwise dtmf wont work.
