[SOLVED] Asterisk Manager API & agent hang up

Hi all, I have another queue related question:

I’m using Asterisk Manager API, but I don’t know how can I intercept the appropriate event that would tell me that a certain agent hung up his/her phone?

If you set eventwhencalled=yes in the queues.conf then you will get 2 more events.

The 1st one will be like this:
Event: AgentCalled
Privilege: agent,all
AgentCalled: Agent/1000
ChannelCalling: Zap/1-1
CallerID: unknown
CallerIDName: unknown
Context: sales
Extension: s
Priority: 3

The 2nd will look like this:
Event: AgentComplete
Privilege: agent,all…
