Hi,
Is it possible for the queue application to generate a “COMPLETEAGENT” event in the queue_log if I hangup the agent’s channel using the AMI hangup command? It seems that hanging up either the [channel] or [destchannel] in the AgentConnect event both result in a “COMPLETECALLER” in the queue_log.
Is there any other way to force an “agent” hangup?
