I cannot find where to set this?
When a call is put on hold at a Polycom 550 it will stay there indefinitely without reminding the user.
Is there a way to have this recall after a minute?
(Not using call park which is too complicated)

That’s a question for Polycom.
I was hoping there was a simple answer.
Thought it would be a rather common requirement.

Asterisk is a passive partner for hold. For SIP, it is the phone that decides when the call goes into hold and comes out of it.
Even if Asterisk triied to re-invite the phone back, I would expect the phone to respond that the connection was held (no media stream), with the overall negotiation leaving the connection on hold.
