Maybe your agents aren’t Asterisk agents, e.g. they may be local channels defined as queue members.
Currently FreePbx is setup in device/user mode. And our customer service agents are required to log into their phones in order to be placed into the queues.
I’m pretty sure you have a FreePBX question, not an Asterisk one. I don’t think your agents are agents in the Asterisk sense. I think you need a FreePBX forum, although FreePBX may well not maintain the statistics that you want.
