I have set up a call queue using agents.conf and queues.conf. I have a requirement from my customer for a verbal check of how many agents are logged in. Is there an application that will do this for me or do I have to do it another way?

QUEUE_MEMBER_COUNT function, although I have a feeling it may be deprecated in favour of a variable.
