I am trying to find out how to do call monitoring (not just call recording) for the coaching of our employees. Any help, or web page that could help me with this would be appreciated.
Are you trying to monitor, record or both.
If you want to monitor, try the zapbarge, or zapscan commands.
You can insert them into your dialplan so certain users can listen in on conversations which are going on over zap channels.
The monitor command can be used to record both sides of the conversation and then the two wav files can be combined. Monitor can be used with the zapscan and zapbarge together.
