Can anyone tell me how to reset the counters for each/all of my queues?
(ie the output from the QueueParams event - calls answered, abandoned etcetcetc).
Any help greatly appreciated.

That’s my experience too.
I couldn’t find any other way to do this so ended up setting up a cron job that runs at 3am every day to reload my queue config.

I have seen asterisk make problems in the past when you do to many reloads. You may want to stop ad start asterisk rather than constantly reloading it.
