Register phone and softphone on same extension

Hi,

I am new on the Asterisk PBX. Maybe this question is pretty basic.

I want to register a softphone and a phone on the same extension. By doing so, I want both to ring and both to be able to place call. My version of the softphone is LinPhone, my phones are Yealink T22. Version of Asterisk is 1.6.2.13

Is it possible to do this ? If so, can anyone pinpoint me with some information on how to achieve this ?

I don’t know if you can register more than once to a given sip per account, but it is very easy to ring more than one device at a time using the & feature of the dial command
