Hello,

How I can have the web page refreshed which will have the extension’s credentials stored on it and when the call arrives to the extension it will show the caller’s information .

Eg: i have logged in with username and password same as that on the extension on a website www.abc.com and I am storing that credentials into some variable, here i need to get and alarm when calls reaches the extension.

Any ideas how to do this ?

You have either asked in totally the wrong forum, or you have missed out a lot of important detail.

I suppose what you want is CTI (Computer and Telephone Integration)
You can use f.e. addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo … lick2dial/
which is able to :

  • open a web page with the phone number as a parameter.
    but this page which will show extension detail, you will need to create by your self or use some CRM.
