Queues is dialing extension which are already on call

Hi,

I’m using Asterisk 11.25. I was testing Queues and successfully able to implement it, but the issue I’m facing is that queue dials the extension which is on call

member => SIP/913
member => SIP/914
member => SIP/915

Device state information for chan_sip requires that you enable an option in sip.conf. It used to be something like callcounters, but I think it may have changed.
