Queue standard with SIP/999


Sorry for my english !!

I have a problem with a SIP phone on my queue standard:

the queue is already OK , but we can’t answer with the SIP phone .

the call never arrive on the SIP/phone , and the MOH run always.

1° question :

Have you got a solution to reset the SIP phone for asterisk?

2° question :

Where find diagnostic informations on the problem ?

If the phone supports a remote reboot you can do it like so from the Asterisk CLI:
sip notify polycom-check-cfg peername

There are scripts for cisco, grandstream and snom to do this also. Look at /etc/asterisk/sip_notify.conf.

You can turn on Sip debug. “sip debug”
