Queue rolling has a cooldown

Hello again, dear community. I need again your help. There is a Queue in my Asterisk 13. When someone calls to queue number (via dialplan / extensions) the Agent is called. If the agent hangup while phone is ringing, the call immediately rolled to next agent. BUT! If the agent ignores call and waiting time comes to “Timeout” value, comes event “AgentRingNoAnswer” and next agent will be called only after ~5 seconds delay.

Is there a way to eliminate this delay?

what’s the value for retry field in queues.conf?
Try playing with that value.

No value (as field) in queues.conf. Looks like it takes default.
I’ve set value and it works just as I need. Thank you!
