Queue Log will capture COMPLETEAGENT and ATTENDEDTRANSFER events separately when a queued call is answered and attended transferred. But transferred number is not logged. (not a major concern)
However when a call is blind transferred, the transferred number is logged but the event log concludes at BLINDTRANSFER. No Agent event is logged. Is this supposed be normal behavior? Shouldn’t a “COMPLETEAGENT” event also be applied in this scenario?
