Queue_log: ABANDON and agent name together

Colleagues, please tell me the answer to my question.

Sometimes I see lines in the queue_log file where the agent name is set for event ‘ABANDON’.
How can this be, and in what case?

For example: 1604061154|1604061149.2044510|q_common|Local/903@localext|ABANDON|2|3|5

I have always assumed that the ‘ABANDON’ event means that the caller hangs up without waiting for the agent to respond. What is this situation?
