Monitor the queues and get abandon calls

Hello,

I want to monitor the queue and want to get the abandoned calls through asterisk manager.
The QueueStatus event gives the details about all the queues and summary of abandoned calls. But, its not giving the details of the caller ID and for which queue the call is abandoned.

Would you please give me any suggestion on how to monitor the queues and get abandon calls ?

I’d have to look at the events concerned to confirm there is enough information, so could you indicate which events you’ve already looked at and why you are unable to correlate them.

I would hope there was a uniqueid in the event for the caller giving up, in which case it should be easy to find other events for the call.
