Queue call routing

Hi Guys can you please help me with below 2 requirments.

  1. which setting need to apply in queues.conf to make queue routing on maximum idle means whenever any incoming call comes in queue call should path to the agent who is on maximum idle.

  2. Whenever I change anything in queue’s property and apply the “queue reload all” command it reset the stats which I need to preserve.

There is post with the same issue, was fixed by doing

config reload /etc/asterisk/queues.conf

thanks will check this…however strategy=leastrecent is the property to keep queue routing on maximum idle base call routing??
