Queue Annoucements

Hi together,

I would like that when someone calls on a queue and all agents in the queue are busy, an annoucement is played. This annoucement should repeat until there is a free agent. But the annoucement should only be played every 30 seconds.

I can’t quite follow this yet…
Which line do I have to pay attention to now? (I guess the highlighted one)

How do I have to add the line to make it work to my expectation? Do I need to change the line as follows:
periodic-announce = queue-periodic-announce = 30
???

You need to read all the relevant parts of the file.

No. The = 30 goes with frequency setting. queue-periodic-announce is the name of the sound file to play
