Question about log data


When a call comes in, the CDR logs seem to log who was dialled but not who answered.

For example, when a call comes in my system dials SIP/100&SIP/101&SIP/102&SIP/103&SIP/104&SIP/105&SIP/106 etc

But I am not able to run reports on who has taken what calls.

There is an entry that reads SIP/104-09b7d228 but thats no good for running reports.

I am looking to mysql and using asterisk-stat-v2 from Areski.

Can anyone give me an idea of what to do to enable me to run reports on incoming calls per extension?

You may find that enabling “unanswered call” CDRs helps, but you should certainly read Issue 0011849: Missing CDR’s for Transfers, the supporting documentation, and other recent CDR issues.
