Probleme with Zaptel

Hi,

I recently installed a TDM400P card and all works well, I can receive calls but I can not make  calls .

In the CLI:

-- Called 1/0***** -- Zap/1-1 is ringing -- Zap/1-1 is ringing -- Zap/1-1 is ringing

but the phone does not ring.

any solution ?
