Problem with registering xlite with asterisk

hi,

I am running asterisk 1.4.1 on my system. i got xlite installed in my sytem. I gave the IP address of my systems in the SIP Proxy and Domain/realm feild of xlite yet it is not registering with the asterisk please help…

I am very new to asterisk and learning it from the documentation asterisk the future of telephony. And i am stuck with the registeringpart of the softphone …
Please kindly help me out…

You need to tell people what your configurations are, in Asterisk (things like sip.conf/user.conf, relavant context in extensions.conf, etc.), and possibly in Xten. The more specific you describe a problem, the better chance others can help.
