Problem with dahdi E1 card

Hi,
I am using a digium TE410P card in my IBM 1u server with 5 GB RAM and CentOS 5.5 on it.
I am using only span 1 for my single E1 link. its working fine.

but the problem is I need to add another E1 with it. when ever I configure the 2nd span and restart dahdi the whole system reboots within 1 to 2 Min.

I am confused about what’s wrong about it.

any Idea whats going wrong.
I am using dahdi 2.4.0 and running Asterisk 1.8.1 , libss7 1.0.2
