Problem when make a blind transfer function

Hi all, i need your help now.Plzzz!
The problem is about transfer call function in asterisk 1.2. At the softphone client, when have a calling, press # to transfer the call, after hear the message voice notify user to enter the number. But, when typing the number, example 1234, asterisk just accepted 2 digits are 1 and 2, and certainly, the exten not found, always as that :frowning:. I don’t know why :frowning: i recompile asterisk but it still appear. The DTMF mode is RFC2833.
